Responsibilities
- Provide an effective and efficient outpatient clerical service ensuring a high standard of care and service to all service users for the designated department, centre or service.
- Responsible for front desk patient reception, clinic preparation, new and review appointment booking and outpatient letter processing.
- Maintain the completeness of medical records and associated documentation.
- Utilise the computerised information system to manage the patient’s health record.

- Experience in a similar clerical role is preferred.

- $29.57 to $31.81 per hour + 25% casual loading
Responsibilities
- Provide registration of inpatient, outpatient and emergency activity.
- Accurate and timely data processing of patient data.
- Provide switchboard service to the health unit and Community Health.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer operations, including word processing and office administration tasks.
- Adherence to strict confidentiality protocols.
