Provide essential administrative support to Legal Officers and Crown Prosecutors in the areas of victim information, referral and support.
Act as the first point of contact for external organisations including the Queensland Police Service, other legal practitioners, court officers of other Government bodies, victim support groups, and victims of crime and their families.
Assist in the management of victim information and support services.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications in justice or legal fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with victims and external agencies.
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
