Salary
Total remuneration value of up to $470,780 (L24) is comprised of:
A salary between $204,206 - $237,196 (L18-L24)
Total remuneration value of up to $514,452 (L27) is comprised of:
A salary between $244,201 - $258,910 (L25-L27)
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
17.5% leave loading is paid for 4 weeks leave
Responsibilities
Join the Department of Surgery at Mackay Base Hospital as a Urologist - Staff Specialist.
Provide high-quality urological care to patients.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement activities.
Engage in teaching and mentoring of junior medical staff and students.
Requirements
Medical degree and relevant specialist qualifications in Urology.
Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
Demonstrated experience in urological practice.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
