Responsibilities
- Responsible for the promotion, facilitation and support of Transitional Services in the Prison and in the Community.
- Identifies new or additional services that are in demand.
- Provides the pivotal link of information and advisory services to prison management, staff and offenders, other Government Departments, ‘Not for Profit’ service providers and the community.
- Coordinates reintegration supports and facilitates referrals to DOJ Reintegration Contracted Service Providers.

Salary
- $37.30 - $40.22 p.h; employer superannuation contribution up to 12.75%; 17.5% annual leave loading
Responsibilities
- Perform a range of cleaning duties under indirect supervision as per specific duty guides.
- Support the Supervisor in providing quality client care working as part of a team or autonomously depending on the task required.
- Undertake all cleaning duties, including light and heavy tasks, in all areas of the PHC and associated facilities to infection control standards.
- Assist in the process of grounds garden maintenance.
- Undertake waste disposal and management practices as required by the waste management guidelines.
Requirements
- Condition of employment to be vaccinated against measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B and pertussis during employment.
