Responsibilities
- Conducting general maintenance tasks such as rubbish collection, light bulb replacements, and fire alarm battery checks.
- Performing grounds maintenance to ensure a tidy and safe environment.
Requirements
- Experience in building and grounds maintenance, including gardening.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and engage with staff at all levels.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools and maintaining confidentiality.
