Salary
Salary allowance of between $15,370 and $20,870 per annum in addition to your salary, locality allowances, transportation to and from the location on appointment, and fully subsidised housing.

Deliver flexible and innovative educational programs to students in remote areas.
Ensure access to high quality education and improved outcomes for students.
Work with remote communities to close the gap in life outcomes for Aboriginal students.
Engage in ongoing self-reflection and improve practices through collaboration with colleagues and the community.
Demonstrate respect for and value Aboriginal culture and connection to Country.
Requirements
Commitment to Aboriginal Education and living in remote locations.
Culturally responsive and empathetic approach to teaching.
Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
Interest or experience in English as an additional language/dialect (EAL/D) is highly valued.
Willingness to work in isolated parts of the state.

Salary
Remuneration package valued at up to $146,635.00. Base salary ranges from $85,000.00 to $129,948.00, plus leave loading and employer's contribution to superannuation. Base salary rates above the minimum are available depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Teach secondary and special education subjects at Bass High School.
Engage with students from diverse backgrounds and support their educational needs.
Collaborate with parents and the community to enhance student success.
Participate in vocational, artistic, cultural, and sporting activities.
Requirements
Currently reside in Australia.
Have a minimum of a four-year qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Education or a combined degree).
Hold current teaching accreditation/registration from an Australian state authority.
Have at least 2 years of post-graduate teaching experience in a secondary setting within the last 5 years.
Applicants must have or be willing to obtain provisional or proficient teacher accreditation and full Approval to Teach.
