Responsibilities
- Provide woman-centred care focused on individual needs, expectations, and aspirations to achieve optimal pregnancy outcomes.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary Maternity team in modern, state-of-the-art Maternity Units.
- Support women and their pregnancies, making a difference in their lives.
- Engage with a broad range of people across varied socio-economic backgrounds and diverse ethnicities.
- Participate in professional development through Clinical Midwifery Educators and Consultants, and access online and face-to-face learning opportunities.
Requirements
- Registered Midwife qualification
- Experience in maternity care is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a team and provide compassionate care to women and families.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality and contemporary woman-centered, evidenced-based midwifery care in a variety of hospital and facility settings.
- Collaborate with individuals and multidisciplinary health care teams.
- Travel to remote and regional NSW, experiencing lifestyle benefits of the regions.
Requirements
- Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) registration as a Registered Midwife.
- Experience in antenatal, labour, birth and postnatal care, lactation, and infant feeding care.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Recent clinical experience as a Registered Midwife with evidence of participation in professional development.
- Current driver's licence with capacity and willingness to travel to NSW Health business and service locations throughout NSW.
