Salary
- Yearly salary $70655 - $77307, Fortnightly salary $2708.20 - $2963.20, Salary Other $45.95 - $50.27 p/hr
Responsibilities
- Supervise field teams in the National Fire Ant Eradication Program.
- Lead and coordinate activities related to fire ant eradication efforts.
- Ensure compliance with biosecurity regulations and protocols.
- Manage team performance and provide training and support to team members.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders and agencies involved in the eradication program.
Requirements
- Experience in a supervisory role within a field-based environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of biosecurity practices and regulations.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
