Responsibilities

- Supporting mobility and dexterity
- Aiding with transfers and lifting using aids

- Cleaning equipment, utensils, and personal items
- Providing transportation for clients
- Assisting clients with special needs
- Supporting self-administration of medication
- Assisting with routine treatments and procedures
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within teams
- Strong communication abilities, adept at relating to individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Willingness to assist and cooperate with colleagues
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Competence in performing general tasks under supervision
- Limited experience with elderly, frail, or disabled individuals in community/hospital settings

Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with bathing, showering, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence management.

Requirements

- Strong ability to work effectively within a team, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the capability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, use initiative, and work autonomously with limited direction.
- Demonstrated judgment in day-to-day tasks and a commitment to customer service principles.
- Proficiency in using computer packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Understanding of safe working conditions, commitment to customer service, and knowledge of Risk Management standards, Equal Employment Opportunity, and Occupational Health, Safety, and Welfare legislation.
