MP Year 1-9 $370,202 - $471,678 p.a. (inclusive of base salary, 11% superannuation and applicable allowances)
Responsibilities
Promote patient safety and quality of care.
Provide leadership, orientation, training, supervision, and education for doctors in training, Health Service Medical Practitioners, and other health workers.
Collaborate with the Medical Co-Director, Service Director, Head of Department, Clinical Leads, and other Consultants to achieve national, state, and EMHS performance standards and targets.
Work within the scope of clinical practice as defined by the EMHS Area Medical Credentialing Committee.
Requirements
Suitably qualified Consultant Psychiatrists with relevant experience in mental health services.
Ability to work across various services including General Adult and Inpatient services, Community Mental Health, Emergency Department, and Mental Health Emergency Centre.
