Provide podiatry services in clinical areas including high risk and diabetic management, pod paediatrics, palliative care, biomechanics, nail surgery, wound management, skin and nail pathology, orthotic prescription and manufacture, education and health promotion.
Contribute to service development within the health service, evaluating service development and making recommendations.
Requirements
Hold a recognised qualification within the Podiatry profession and be eligible for full practising membership of the relevant Professional Association.
Fulfill all requirements to maintain current registration for those disciplines requiring Registration.
Participate in the professional associations' accredited continuous professional development program (desirable).
Possess excellent customer service skills and capacity to implement service improvement activities.
Promote a client-centred approach, supporting clients, carers and families across the Patient Journey.
