Responsibilities
Demonstrate advanced assessment care planning and evaluation of complex Addictions nursing care and practice.
Work with consumers who have a substance use disorder (including alcohol, tobacco, illicit drugs, prescription drugs, inhalants and over the counter preparations) within the Metro South area.
Support people who are affected by the substance use of others.
Provide comprehensive person-centred care.
Requirements
Experience as a Clinical Nurse in Addiction Services or related field.
Advanced clinical expertise and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently within a healthcare team.

Hold a valid driver's licence.

Strong communication skills and experience with conducting difficult conversations, problem solving and negotiating resolutions.
